Karol-Ann Canuel is a former professional cyclist and three-time world champion in team time trials. An Olympian for Team Canada at Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020, she is also a multiple-time Canadian champion. Recognized for her consistency and team spirit, she has made history in women's cycling.

Our women's cycling event in the Outaouais region is designed to provide a safe, positive, and accessible road cycling experience for all women. There's no timer here: the goal is to fully enjoy a day of cycling among women , without the pressure to perform.
Each participant will be integrated into a group of 9 cyclists , supervised by an experienced female cyclist . Several group speeds are available, allowing you to choose the pace that suits you according to your level, your current fitness level or simply the type of day you want to experience - whether it's to push yourself, ride slowly or enjoy the scenery.
By providing professional and caring support , we aim to create an event where every woman feels comfortable, motivated and confident. This is the perfect opportunity to discover road cycling in the Outaouais region in an inspiring setting, surrounded by enthusiasts.

This women's cycling event in Quebec is much more than just a ride: it's a festive, friendly and memorable day , thought out down to the smallest details.
As soon as you arrive in the start area , you will be welcomed with a hot coffee and a homemade biscuit . You will be able to discover local exhibitors , meet our committed partners and feel all the energy of women's cycling.
Our original refreshments don't go unnoticed: churros, kombucha, candy... it's a party on two wheels! And to round off the day, a well-filled gift bag awaits you: cycling socks, neck warmers, accessories and surprises .

Two routes are offered to participants, allowing each participant to experience the day at their own pace. Whether you choose the short or long distance, you will enjoy the superb scenery of the Outaouais , all in a safe environment adapted to your cycling level .

The long-distance route even includes some gravel road sections, for those who want a little extra challenge while discovering hidden corners of the region.

Short course – 64 km | 400 m elevation
See the route on StravaThis round-trip route, with a loop at the furthest point, is perfect for those who want to enjoy a pleasant and scenic outing . You will ride on quiet roads , bordered on one side by the mountains of Gatineau Park and on the other by the Ottawa River . A peaceful and inspiring getaway to enjoy at your own pace, in a caring environment.

Long course – 120 km | 1000 m elevation
See the route on StravaThis is Karol-Ann Canuel's favorite route when she trains in the region. You'll start on the same roads as the short course, then take the adventure further by crossing the charming towns of Wakefield and Chelsea . This route includes a gravel section , easily accessible by road bike , which will add a touch of challenge to this great ride. A true distillation of the best that cycling in the Outaouais has to offer!
