This out-and-back route, featuring a small loop at the furthest point, is perfect for riders looking to take on a rewarding challenge while enjoying a pleasant and scenic experience.
You’ll ride along quiet roads bordered by the mountains of Gatineau Park on one side and the Ottawa River on the other — an inspiring setting that allows you to enjoy every kilometer at your own pace.
The perfect opportunity to ride confidently, surrounded by supportive leaders and other passionate women cyclists.
🕊️ A Non-Timed Experience
The 100% Women’s Ride is a non-timed event.
Each participant rides within a pace group of her choice, led by a female athlete or experienced ride leader to ensure safety, support, and enjoyment throughout the route.

📌 Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering for the 100% Women’s event, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:
🚴♀️ Participation & Safety
- You agree to participate in a non-timed cycling event held on open public roads.
- You agree to follow all traffic laws and all instructions provided by ride leaders, volunteers, and event staff.
- As roads remain open to traffic, you remain responsible for your own safety while riding.
- An approved cycling helmet is mandatory for all participants.
- You are responsible for assessing your own health condition and ability to complete the selected route.
🛠️ Preparation & Equipment
The organization provides refreshments before, during, and after the event; however, participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own essential equipment, including:
- repair tools and spare tube(s),
- additional nutrition and hydration,
- clothing appropriate for weather conditions.
📸 Photo Consent
By registering, you consent to the organization capturing and using photos or videos of the event in which you may appear for communication, promotional, or archival purposes.
🎟️ Tickets & Policies
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The event will take place rain or shine unless canceled for safety reasons at the organization’s discretion.
- In the event of a forced cancellation due to public safety concerns or exceptional circumstances, postponement or adjustment policies will remain at the discretion of the organization.
